  • Your account remains active indefinitely (as long as the product remains available)

  • You may download individual files within the member area if offered

Typical Delivery Timeline

  • Best case: Instant to 2 minutes after payment

  • Standard: 5-15 minutes after payment

If You Don’t Receive Your Product

If you do not receive your download link or access credentials within 60 minutes of purchase:

  • Your account remains in good standing

Product Discontinuation

In the rare event that a product is discontinued or removed:

  • We will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email

  • You will receive alternative access to the content (archive, offline download, etc.)

  • Your access will not be terminated without notice

Archival Rights

Even if a product is discontinued, you retain your copy of any files you downloaded prior to discontinuation. Downloaded files are yours to keep permanently.
