At Private Funnels, we ensure fast, reliable delivery of your digital products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how you will receive your purchase when ordering through Private Funnels or any affiliated sales platform (the “Website”).
All products sold by Private Funnels are digital goods only such as ebooks, courses, guides, programs, templates, and digital access. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
Your purchase is delivered electronically and instantly after payment confirmation. No physical packages will be mailed to your address.
After completing your purchase and payment confirmation, you will receive one of the following:

Link remains active for 30 days from purchase date
You may download your product unlimited times during this period

Option B: Member Area Access
Email with login credentials and access link to your member area
Access is immediate and unlimited after purchase
You can log in anytime to access your content
Your account remains active indefinitely (as long as the product remains available)
You may download individual files within the member area if offered
Best case: Instant to 2 minutes after payment
Standard: 5-15 minutes after payment
All cases: Within 60 minutes of successful payment confirmation
If you do not receive your download link or access credentials within 60 minutes of purchase:

Verify your checkout email:
Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout
If incorrect, contact us immediately with your order details
Confirm payment:

When you purchase a digital product from Private Funnels, you receive a personal license to:

You do not have the right to:

✗ Use the content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
✗ Modify, translate, or create derivative works from the content
✗ Publish the content publicly or upload to file-sharing sites
Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

To access your product, you will need:

Once purchased, your digital products remain in your account and available for download/access for as long as:
Private Funnels’ platform remains operational
The product has not been discontinued by the creator
Your account remains in good standing
In the rare event that a product is discontinued or removed:
We will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email
You will receive alternative access to the content (archive, offline download, etc.)
Your access will not be terminated without notice
Even if a product is discontinued, you retain your copy of any files you downloaded prior to discontinuation. Downloaded files are yours to keep permanently.
